4.2 Order Confirmation

Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.

• Standard Shipping: DHL or FedEx, $12.95 AUD flat rate, 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: EMS, free on orders over $50 AUD, 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We stand behind our products with our Adventure-Ready Guarantee. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and in resalable condition
• In original, undamaged packaging
• Including all original tags, accessories, and documentation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Food and Snacks
• Bedding, Blankets, Pillows and Accessories
• Camping Cookware, Cooking Utensils
• Dinnerware, Drinkware

Inspect these items immediately upon delivery. Report defects within 48 hours with photos.

5.3 Return Process

2. Once approved, securely package items with original packaging and order confirmation
3. Use a trackable shipping service to ship to our provided address
4. Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except for defective items)

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process your return
• PayPal: 3-7 business days after we process your return
• Store Credit: Issued immediately via email

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
