We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Our goal is to get your adventure-ready gear to you as efficiently as possible.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
1. Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: A flat rate of $12.95 AUD.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: FREE on all orders over $50 AUD.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is part of our Adventure-Ready Guarantee. If your purchase isn’t right for your outdoor needs, we’ll make it right—just like we’d adjust our own pack before a long hike.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
- Condition Requirement: Unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (except for defective items or our errors).
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Exchange Option: Available for items of equal or greater value.
Step-by-Step Return Process

Check Eligibility & Timing
Ensure your return is within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:- In original, undamaged packaging.
- Unused and in resalable condition.
- Including all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our Customer Adventure Team within the return window at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”. Please include your order number, product details, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange). - Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and use a trackable shipping service. Ship to the address we provide. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed. -
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: Shipped once the return is processed.
- Store Credit: Available upon request and issued immediately.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return (final timing depends on your bank).
- PayPal: 3-7 business days after we process your return.
- Store Credit: Issued immediately via email after return inspection.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Important Exceptions & Notes
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Food and Snacks
- Bedding
- Blankets
- Pillows and Accessories
- Camping Cookware
- Cooking Utensils
- Dinnerware
- Drinkware
Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery. If defective, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
International Returns (Outside Australia)
- Return shipping and any associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs duties and taxes on returned items are non-refundable.
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
- Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD), minus any original shipping costs.
