Our Returns & Exchanges Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition Requirement: Unused, in original packaging with all tags
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Exchange Option: Available for items of equal or greater value
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Check Eligibility & Timing
Ensure your return falls within our 15-day window from the delivery date. Check that items are:
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Including all original tags, accessories, and documentation
Step 2: Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer adventure team within the return window. Use the email template below or email us directly at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once we approve your request and provide return instructions:
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Use a trackable shipping service (we recommend it for your protection)
- Ship to the address provided in our return instructions
Important: We cannot process returns sent without prior authorization or sent to incorrect addresses. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped once the return is received and processed
- Store Credit: Available upon request, issued immediately after inspection
Refund Timeline & Methods
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return (timing depends on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-7 business days after we process your return
- Store Credit: Issued immediately via email after return inspection

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items from our range cannot be returned unless defective:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund
International Returns
For customers outside Australia:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Customs duties and taxes on returned items are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) minus any original shipping costs
