Ensure your return falls within our 15-day window from the delivery date. Check that items are:

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once we approve your request and provide return instructions:

  1. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  3. Use a trackable shipping service (we recommend it for your protection)
  4. Ship to the address provided in our return instructions

Important: We cannot process returns sent without prior authorization or sent to incorrect addresses. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped once the return is received and processed
  • Store Credit: Available upon request, issued immediately after inspection

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items from our range cannot be returned unless defective:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund

International Returns

For customers outside Australia:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and taxes on returned items are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) minus any original shipping costs
