We ship globally with our world-class logistics partners! However, please note that free shipping is not available to Asia and some remote regions. Eligibility for shipping to your location will be confirmed at checkout.
We offer two straightforward shipping options designed to fit your adventure timeline and budget:

Cost: Flat rate of $12.95 AUD
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Ideal for planned adventures in the coming weeks. Includes tracking.
🌍 Free Shipping
Carrier: EMS
Cost: FREE on all orders over $50 AUD.
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Perfect for planning ahead and saving costs. Not available to Asia and some remote regions.
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor its journey. If your tracking seems unclear or you have questions, our customer service team is here to help at [email protected].
We primarily ship to street addresses via our carrier partners. For remote locations, please check your eligibility at checkout. Some very remote regions may have shipping restrictions.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
Confidence in your gear is key. Our no-fuss returns policy reflects our commitment to Quality Assurance and Customer-First Support:
- Returns Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Process: Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Refund: Once received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
We ensure robust packaging to protect your gear during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

To ensure longevity of your gear:
- Air Mattresses/Beds: Clean with mild soap and water, ensure completely dry before storing. Avoid sharp objects.
- Camping Furniture: Wipe down with a damp cloth after use. Store in a dry place when not in use.
- Bedding & Blankets: Follow care labels. Most can be machine washed on gentle cycles.
- Cookware: Hand wash with mild detergent. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust.
